Integrations & help.

What connects to Chase, and where to look when something stops.

Connected services

  • Bolna powers the voice agent and sends call execution events.
  • The configured LLM interprets outcomes and compiles account context.
  • Meta/Twilio can deliver messages; console mode is a visible simulation.
  • Your UPI VPA or configured Razorpay flow handles customer invoice payments.
  • Dodo handles the workspace’s Chase subscription.

Troubleshooting

  1. 01
    A call is blocked

Open its gate reason in Dashboard or Compliance. Check consent, call hours, opt-out, attempt limits and demo allowlisting.

  2. 02
    A message did not arrive

Check whether the workspace uses a real messaging provider or console simulation, then inspect delivery status.

  3. 03
    Payment is pending

A link open is not payment. Check the verified provider confirmation or the clearly marked demo simulation.

  4. 04
    Pro is not active

Check Settings → Billing after checkout. The signed Dodo event must arrive before the plan changes.

About the service endpoints

Chase currently exposes authenticated service endpoints for Bolna tools, payment webhooks and scheduled jobs. They are internal integration surfaces, not a public customer API. Do not call them from a browser or put their secrets in client-side code.

Conceptual event flow
Bolna call → Chase tool action → payment / promise / callback
Bolna completed event → typed analysis → dossier → rating
Dodo signed subscription event → workspace plan
