Get started.
Create a workspace and get your first receivables queue ready.
1. Create your workspace
- 01Create an account
Sign up with email or Google, then complete the sign-in flow.
- 02Name the business
Create a workspace for the business whose invoices you manage. The agent says this name out loud on every call.
- 03Add your UPI ID
The same ID you use in GPay, PhonePe or your bank app. Customers pay straight into your account; Chase never holds your money. The name customers see when paying defaults to your business name.
- 04Verify your mobile number
We send a 6-digit code. This is the number the 7:15 pm daily brief calls, and while you are in test mode it is also the only kind of number Chase will ring.
2. Bring your invoices
Open Debtors and upload a CSV export from your ledger. Confirm explicitly that the rows are your business's ledger customers before importing; Chase records your user identity as the attester. Valid rows enter the queue and rejected row numbers appear afterward. A CSV upload is not a substitute for real contact permission.
- Use Indian mobile numbers that can be normalized to E.164 format.
- Enter invoice amounts in rupees in the CSV; Chase stores integer paise internally.
- Record a truthful contact-consent basis for live calling.
- Review skipped rows and fix them before retrying.
3. Review before contact
Check the ranked queue, open an account dossier, and inspect the call eligibility reason. Use the Lab for a browser practice conversation before a phone rehearsal. Only an explicit action can begin a call; simply opening the dashboard never dials anyone.
